How we practice
Labs first. Every hormone plan here starts with a panel drawn in our office and read with you by our provider. We do not dose from a chart or a questionnaire.
Bioidentical, from an accredited pharmacy. Our pellets and hormones match the structure of the ones your body makes and come from an accredited compounding pharmacy.
Rechecked every round. Levels are tested before each new round of pellets so the dose follows your numbers, not the calendar.
Honest answers. If your labs are normal, we say so. If a treatment is not right for you, we say that too. If a spot needs a dermatologist, we refer you. The free consultation is a conversation, not a pitch.

Family Nurse Practitioner
Jessica Zink is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University in 2026. With four years of experience in laser treatments and two years of experience in women’s health, Jessica brings a diverse clinical background and a passion for helping patients look and feel their best.
At Restorative Health, Jessica is dedicated to providing personalized care tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals. She believes in building meaningful relationships with her patients, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment, and helping individuals feel confident in their health and wellness journey.
Every consultation, lab review, pellet insertion and laser treatment at Restorative Health is performed or directly overseen by our licensed provider.

Lisa Livers
Office Manager
Lisa Livers brings 22 years of dedicated public service and a genuine passion for helping others to the Restorative Health team. Before joining Restorative Health, Lisa proudly served with the Louisville Metro Police Department, where she spent much of her career as a detective in the Special Victims Unit.
After retiring from law enforcement, Lisa began a new chapter in health and wellness, bringing that same dedication to caring for others. Her warm personality, compassion, and commitment to exceptional service help create a welcoming and supportive environment for every patient.
Lisa’s connection to Restorative Health is especially personal because she is also a patient. Having experienced firsthand the life-changing benefits of hormone pellet therapy, including improved energy, better sleep, enhanced mood, increased mental clarity, and an overall renewed sense of well-being, she understands just how meaningful it can be to feel like yourself again. Lisa knows firsthand what a difference the right care can make because she has experienced that transformation herself. Her personal journey has given her a true passion for sharing her experience and encouraging others to take an active role in their health and wellness.
At Restorative Health, Lisa enjoys connecting with patients, making them feel comfortable, and helping them feel confident throughout their wellness journey. She believes that everyone deserves to feel their best, regardless of age, and is proud to be part of a team dedicated to helping patients improve their quality of life.
The office
We are at 4010 Dupont Cir, Suite L28 in the Professional Towers building in St. Matthews, with free parking out front. The office is quiet and private: a lobby, consultation and treatment rooms, the lab draw station and the Clarity II laser suite. Most hormone visits are in and out in under an hour. Laser visits are often faster.
We see patients from St. Matthews, Louisville, Jeffersontown, Middletown, Prospect, Crestwood, Shelbyville and Southern Indiana. Hours are Mon to Thu 9 AM to 5 PM, Fri 9 AM to 3 PM, closed Saturday and Sunday. Call (502) 749-6565 to schedule.
