Your first visit

Good to know

Questions people ask us

Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. Thirty minutes with our provider about what you are feeling and what you want back. No charge, no obligation. If you choose to have labs drawn that day, we go over the cost first.
Do I need a referral?
No. Call (502) 749-6565 or book online and come in.
How long is the intake form?
Short. Your name, how to reach you and what you are experiencing. The real conversation happens in the room with the provider.
Where are you located and is there parking?
4010 Dupont Cir, Suite L28, St. Matthews, KY 40207, in the Professional Towers building. Free parking out front.
What are your hours?
Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM, and Friday 9 AM to 3 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Call (502) 749-6565 to schedule.
Do you take insurance?
Hormone therapy and aesthetic treatments are not typically covered by insurance, so we keep pricing simple and tell you exactly what to expect at your consultation. HSA and FSA cards are welcome.

Hormone therapy

Questions people ask us

What are bioidentical hormones?
Hormones that match the structure of the ones your body makes. Ours come from an accredited compounding pharmacy. We use pellets as the foundation for most patients, with injections where they fit better.
How do I know if my hormones are the problem?
A blood panel, drawn in our St. Matthews office. Symptoms point the way; labs confirm it. Our provider reads the results with you line by line.
How long do pellets last?
Several months per round. We recheck your levels before each new round so the dose follows your numbers.
Does a pellet insertion hurt?
The spot is numbed first. Most people describe pressure more than pain. The visit takes a few minutes and you drive yourself home.
Pellets or injections for men?
Both work. Pellets are steady and hands-off for months. Injections are weekly or every other week and easy to adjust. Our provider helps you choose.
Is hormone therapy safe?
It is a medical treatment with real benefits and real considerations. Our provider reviews your history and labs before recommending anything and monitors your levels throughout. If it is not right for you, we say so.

ED and sexual wellness

Good to know

Questions people ask us

Is ED usually a hormone problem?
Sometimes. Low testosterone, blood flow, medications, stress and sleep can all play a part. We start with labs and a real conversation, in a private room.
Do you treat sexual wellness for women?
Yes. Low desire, dryness, discomfort and changes after menopause or a hysterectomy are common and treatable. Hormone balance is often the first step.
Is my visit private?
Completely. A closed room, a provider who has these conversations every day, and records that stay here.

Wellness injections

Questions people ask us

What injections do you offer?
Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Lipo+ and provider-selected peptides. Quick visits on a schedule our provider sets for you.
How long does an injection visit take?
Minutes. Most people are in and out in under fifteen. First-time visits start with a short consultation.

Clarity II laser

Good to know

Questions people ask us

What can the Clarity II treat?
Unwanted hair, sun and age spots, cherry angiomas, rosacea and facial redness, and tone, texture, pores and fine lines through laser facials. Two wavelengths let our provider treat more skin types safely.
Is there downtime?
Little to none for most treatments. Mild redness or warmth for a few hours, then sunscreen and your regular day.
How many laser sessions will I need?
Hair removal is a series spaced weeks apart. Spot removal is often one or two visits. Facials and redness are a short series then maintenance. Our provider lays it out at the consultation.
Do you do Botox or filler?
Coming soon to our St. Matthews office. Ask and we will put you on the list.
